Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Shore Property Group collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do and do not do with it. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
Who this is

What we collect
Only what you type into one of our two forms, plus the ordinary technical information any website receives.
If you use the seller form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the property you are asking about, your timeline for selling, and any notes you add.
If you use the buyer form, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the markets you are interested in, your budget, whether you want water access, your timeline for buying, and any notes you add.
Phone number and email are required because they are how we reply. Everything else is optional — leave blank what you would rather not share, and the form still submits.
Our web host also records standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and the pages requested. We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this site, and we do not build a profile of your browsing.
Calls and text messages
By giving us your phone number on a form, you agree that Shore Property Group may call and send text messages to that number about your enquiry and about properties that match what you told us you are looking for.
Message frequency varies with your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not remove you as a client and does not stop us replying by email.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying or selling property with us. We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing, and mobile opt-in data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
What we do with it
- Reply to you, and continue the conversation you started.
- Send you properties that match what you asked for, until you tell us to stop.
- Provide brokerage services if you decide to work with us.
- Meet record-keeping obligations that apply to a licensed brokerage.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.
Who else touches it
Three services are involved in running this site, and each sees only what it needs to do its job:
- GoHighLevel — our customer relationship system. Form submissions are stored here, and this is where our replies to you come from.
- Netlify — hosts the website itself and keeps the server logs described above.
- IDX Broker and Stellar MLS — supply the property listings shown on this site. They receive nothing you submit; the connection runs one way, to us.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.
How long we keep it
For as long as you are in conversation with us, and afterwards for as long as brokerage record-keeping rules require. If you ask us to delete your information and no legal obligation requires us to keep it, we will.
Your choices
Write to info@shoreproperty.group and we will, without charge:
- tell you what we hold about you,
- correct anything that is wrong,
- delete it, where we are not required to keep it,
- stop contacting you.
We honour these requests for anyone who asks, regardless of where you live.
Children
This site is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, write to us and we will remove it.
Security
Information you submit travels over an encrypted connection and is held in the systems named above under their own security controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we will not claim otherwise.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes to how we use your information will be described here rather than made quietly.
