Listing information
Property listings shown on this site come from Stellar MLS, delivered through IDX Broker. They are provided for consumers' personal, non-commercial use, and only to identify properties a consumer may be interested in buying.
All information is deemed reliable but is not guaranteed and should be independently verified. Shore Property Group does not create this data and does not independently verify it. Prices, availability, square footage, room counts, lot dimensions, taxes, fees, school assignments and photographs are supplied by others and may be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Properties shown may already be under contract, sold or withdrawn. Nothing on this site is an offer to sell or a representation about any property.
Verify anything that matters to you — with the listing brokerage, a licensed inspector, a surveyor, the county records, and your own advisers — before you rely on it.
The listing data on this site is not for redistribution. You may not scrape, copy, republish, resell or use automated means to extract it, and you may not use it to build a database or a competing service.
No agency relationship
Using this site, browsing listings or submitting a form does not create a brokerage relationship between you and Shore Property Group, and does not make us your agent. Florida law requires that relationship to be established separately and in writing. Until it is, we owe you honesty and fair dealing, but not the duties of an agent.
Nothing here is legal, tax, financial, appraisal, engineering or inspection advice. We are none of those professionals. Get your own.
Fair housing

- submit information that is false, or that belongs to someone else, through our forms.
What belongs to whom
The design, text, photography, logo and code of this site are the property of Shore Property Group or its licensors, except for listing content, which belongs to the listing brokerages and Stellar MLS. You may view and print pages for your own personal use. Everything else — copying, redistribution, framing, or use of our name or marks — needs our written permission first.
If you believe something on this site infringes your copyright, write to info@shoreproperty.group and tell us what and where, and we will look into it.
Other people's sites and services
This site links to and embeds services operated by others, including our contact forms. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of this site will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Manatee County, Florida, and you consent to that venue.
Changes
We may change these terms. When we do, the date at the top changes with them, and the revised version applies from the moment it is posted. Continuing to use the site means you accept the current version.
